beyond to delight customers and build loyalty and advocacy through outstanding service delivery.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nMBA or PGDM degree, with a strong knack for thinking like a consultant.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in HR consulting, L&D consulting, research, or business consulting.\nWell-developed core consulting skills, including primary and secondary research, problem statement identification and analysis, hypothesis thinking, creative thinking, and data analysis.\nStrong ability to make sense of complex information with a strict attention to detail.\nProven ability to craft and tell great stories, coupled with stellar written and verbal communication skills.\nIntermediate to advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.\nConfidence and emotional maturity to effectively work with senior executives.\nA mindset of high ownership and accountability for your work.\nCurious, self-driven,
