About the role

We’re looking for a Email Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Klaviyo and Shopify ecosystem to join our growing marketing team.

Your mission will be to set up, manage, and optimize email marketing infrastructure for our clients, including domain authentication, Klaviyo automation flows, and third-party integrations. You'll also help with regular email marketing campaigns such as newsletters and promotional emails for clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Klaviyo accounts for Shopify merchants
• Build and optimize automation flows, segmentation, and personalization
• Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify and third-party apps
• Troubleshoot email deliverability and other technical issues
• Plan and coordinate email marketing projects from conception to completion
• Organize your own work and time effectively to handle multiple projects at once
• It’s a big plus if you have at least basic project management skills to coordinate tasks smoothly

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong understanding of email marketing strategy including segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis
• Ability to create and optimize automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back campaigns)
• Experience with campaign optimization - A/B testing subject lines, send times, content variations, and analyzing results
• Knowledge of list management, audience segmentation, and email deliverability best practice
• Experience with Figma is a huge plus (email campaigns are designed in Figma as image-based emails)

• Reward: €2000-2500 / month (depending on experience and skills)
