os chamados conforme scripts e procedimentos técnicos;\n\nContribuir para a alta disponibilidade e performance dos sistemas, aplicativos, equipamentos e serviços de Tecnologia;\n\nInteragir com outras áreas para a tratativa dos chamados, incluindo solução, acompanhamento e direcionamento;\n\nReconhecer as necessidades, os requisitos e as exigências do negócio;\n\nAtingir as metas de produtividade,
