This person connects executive stakeholders, delivery teams and internal leadership, maintaining clarity on scope, plan, dependencies and commercial commitments. The role combines customer leadership with disciplined program management in a fast-moving startup environment.\nEstablish the delivery plan, governance cadence, milestones, decision forums and escalation path.\nOwn scope, change control, dependencies, RAID management and executive status communication.\nCoordinate with Solution Architecture, Customer Engineering, Product Engineering and Customer Success.\nMaintain customer trust through clear expectations, early risk communication and accountable follow-through.\nTrack delivery economics, staffing needs and forecast changes with leadership.\nDrive readiness reviews and secure stakeholder alignment for testing, go-live and transition.\nOwn delivery governance and customer alignment; Solution Architect owns technical design approval.\nDo not substitute schedule pressure for technical readiness or product approval.\nPartner with Customer Success on transition and adoption rather than extending implementation indefinitely.\n\nTo be successful in this role, you should possess:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other Technical qualification\n7+ years in enterprise software implementation, technical program management or consulting delivery.\nExperience leading complex, cross-functional customer programs from kickoff through production launch.\nStrong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.\nWorking knowledge of cloud software, integrations, testing and deployment lifecycles.\nExperience with AI platforms, CRM, contact center, CX transformation or regulated enterprise customers.\nCommercial management experience covering SOWs, change requests, utilization and margin.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.\nStrong “hands-on” project management experience from inception to closure phases\nExperience in handling multiple small and mid-sized projects simultaneously as a lead/PM\nExperience in delivering one or more fixed-time, fixed-price or SLA based managed services engagements\nOver 5 years of experience in a direct client-facing role (preferably in the US or UK) as part of a consulting/ services organization\nExperience of working within complex, matrixed multi-location teams\nExperience creating, executing, and amending project plans for large, complex projects\nDirect people management responsibilities for 5 or more people (including track leads/ other leads) and indirect responsibility/ span of 15 or more people as part of a cross-functional team comprising of business analysts, Creative designers, developers, testers, and other support functions\nAbility to overlap with the APAC or US time zone.\n\nAdditional Project/Soft Skills:\nShould be able to work independently with India & US based team members.\nStrong verbal and written communication with an ability to articulate problems and solutions over the phone and email.\nStrong sense of urgency, with a passion for accuracy and timeliness.\nAbility to work calmly in high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects/tasks.\nAbility to work
