identifyand remove blockers, facilitateprogress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines\nAssistin identifyingproject risks, issues, delaysand dependencies and escalate them when necessary\nProvide general administrative and organizational support to the Chief Project Management and Transformation Officer\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of directorateprocesses, standards, and procedures\nUse various software and project management tools to maintain accurateand up-to-date information\nHandle project-related documents and information, including sensitive and confidential materials\nComplete other project-related tasks as assigned\nRequirements\nStrong knowledge of Project Management principles, Agile methodologyand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required\nExperience working with Large-Scale Agile / SAFeframework is a plus\nProven experience in project coordinationor a related role\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nAbility to track deadlines, follow up on tasks and ensure timelycompletion of deliverables\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProactive approach with strong attention to detail\nProfessional-level verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian\nExperience in preparing reports, presentationsand project documentation\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment\nAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders\nHigh levelof responsibility, accuracy and
