detail\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and structured systems\nExperience designing complex interfaces and component-driven UI systems\nSolid understanding of player behavior and engagement patterns\nExperience working with design systems (building, maintaining, or scaling)\nAbility to design for data-heavy and back-office interfaces\nExperience designing or implementing AI-assisted automation workflows that streamline and scale UI/UX production processes\nExperience with AI image generation tools (MidJourney, Freepik, or similar)\nAbility to conduct and apply competitive analysis and user
