Job Title: Lead Environmental Engineer

Location: Graniteville, SC, US

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000/year

Bonus: 10% target annually

Job Summary

Seeking a **Lead Environmental Engineer** to lead complex projects, drive process improvements, and support operational planning while working with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead complex projects and processes with minimal supervision.

* Develop and implement operational plans.

* Identify **automation and continuous improvement opportunities** through detailed analysis.

* Review and redesign **SOPs** to improve processes and efficiency.

* Coach and support junior engineering professionals.

* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Use communication and **negotiation skills** to support project and operational goals.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves

* Experience leading complex projects independently.

* **SOP redesign** and process improvement experience.

* Ability to identify **automation opportunities**.

* Experience coaching junior professionals.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Operational planning experience.

* Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
