The role requires a strong blend of business analysis, solution design, and hands-on Appian development, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechno-Functional DeliveryLead end-to-end Appian solution design and implementation for client projects\nTranslate business requirements into Appian workflows, process models, and interfaces\nDevelop and configure SAIL interfaces, process models, records, integrations, and reports\nEnsure solutions follow best practices, scalability, and performance standards\nBusiness & Stakeholder EngagementWork with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine requirements\nConduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and demos\nProvide functional consulting on process optimization and automation\nTechnical DevelopmentBuild and maintain:Appian Process Models & WorkflowsSAIL UI componentsIntegrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)Data models and records\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks\nGovernance & QualityEnsure adherence to Appian best practices, coding standards, and governance\nParticipate in code reviews, testing, and release management\nMaintain proper documentation (e.g., BRD, FRD, Solution Design, Test Cases)\nKey Requirements\nExperienceMinimum 5 years in IT, with at least 2+ years in Appian / Low-Code\nProven experience in end-to-end Appian implementations for client projects\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments\nTechnical SkillsStrong expertise in: Appian BPM Suite (Process Models, SAIL, Records, Reports);
