ContinuityDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Golang (backend) and SvelteKit (frontend).\nBuild, optimize, and maintain GraphQL APIs for data-driven applications.\nImplement and evolve microservices for modularity, scalability, and resilience.\nSupport steady-state engineering operations: bug fixes, incident support, root cause analysis, and production stability improvements.\nArchitecture, Quality & Engineering PracticesContribute to technical architecture discussions and drive engineering best practices across client projects.\nEnsure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.\nSupport performance tuning and system optimization (application-level and database-level).\nMaintain clear technical documentation (design notes, API contracts, runbooks where applicable).\nCollaboration & Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality software.\nProvide continuity across multiple stakeholders by tracking technical dependencies, delivery risks, and follow-through items to closure.\nMentor engineers and contribute to team capability uplift through guidance and knowledge sharing.\nKey Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related discipline.\n7+ years of professional experience as a full-stack or backend engineer.\nStrong proficiency in Golang for backend development.\nProficiency in SvelteKit or similar modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).\nExperience building and maintaining GraphQL APIs.\nDeep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems concepts.\nStrong SQL skills with experience in PostgreSQL and MS SQL (schema design, query tuning).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and version control (e.g., Git).\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.\nGood to Have\nExperience delivering solutions on AWS (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, API Gateway).\nFamiliarity with Temporal Workflow (or similar orchestration frameworks).\nExperience with Node.js for backend/API development.\nExperience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.\nBackground in performance tuning, observability, and system optimization.\nExperience mentoring or leading small engineering teams.\nSoft Skills\nStrong ownership mindset with disciplined
