tuning.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality software.\nEnsure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.\nContribute to system architecture discussions and drive engineering best practices.\nSupport performance tuning of application systems.\nRequired Qualifications \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n4+ years of professional experience as a full stack or backend engineer.\nStrong proficiency in Golang for backend development.\nProficient in SvelteKit or similar modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).\nExperience building and maintaining GraphQL APIs.\nDeep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.\nStrong SQL skills with experience in MS SQL and PostgreSQL.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and version control systems.\nExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.\nGood to Have \nAWS project experience (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, API Gateway).\nFamiliarity with Temporal Workflow or similar orchestration frameworks.\nExperience with Node.js for backend or API development.\nExperience with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\nBackground in performance tuning, observability, and system optimization.\nExperience mentoring or leading small engineering teams.\n\nAdvantage: \nDemonstrate quality delivery and consistent incremental improvement during work performance\nFamiliar with AI assisted development and usage of AI
