In this role, you will be crucial in helping to ensure that all customer-facing applications and internal tools (used to analyze the data sets that are then used to produce the IP databases for our customers) are accurate, reliable, responsive and stable. As a QA Analyst, you will test applications and tools developed by, and will work closely with, the development staff to ensure that the highest possible quality software is produced.\nThis is a hybrid role located in Peachtree Corners, GA. Team members are expected to work onsite in our office one day per week to support collaboration and team engagement, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. Applicants must reside in Georgia.\nPlease note, at this time, Digital Envoy is not sponsoring visas for this position.\nWhat You'll Do\nCollaborate with the Development team to ensure consistent project execution\nCreate test plans and test for current products and identify deficiencies\nExecute tests and analyze the test results\nSuggest and implement improvements for the testing process\nUse AI tools to speed up test planning, test case and test data creation, and script writing, while validating all output for accuracy\nProvide assistance to our customer support team\nRequirements\nWho You Are:\n1+ years of experience testing or writing software\nPreferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field with some basic computer programming and/or networking curriculum / background\nComfortable using AI tools in your daily work, with the judgment to review and verify their output before relying on it\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nVery detail oriented\nSelf-directed individual with strong desire to learn\nA Team Player - able to work within a team environment and willing to assist other members of the QA team\nAble to author test plans and test scripts/tools as needed\nAble to adjust to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously\nKnowledge of testing methods and procedures\nExperience within Linux, Windows, and or MAC operating systems\nExperience with one or more of the following: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL\nExperience with one or more of the following: JAVA, .NET\nExperience with AWS services and JIRA is a plus\nFamiliarity with Networking concepts is a plus\nFamiliarity with IPv4 and IPv6 Addressing is a plus\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive Salary & Bonus program\nMedical, Dental and Vision\nPaid Holidays & Unlimited PTO policy\n401(k) with employer contribution match\nWe value your input: make a real impact in a growing company!\nIn 1999, Digital Envoy introduced the concept of privacy-sensitive IP-based geolocation and IP Intelligence.
