You’ll be a key player in delivering high-impact digital transformation solutions for our international clients.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nLead the company’s data strategy in alignment with business objectives and client goals.\n\nWork closely with clients to understand their business context, define success metrics, and design clear, actionable KPIs.\n\nDesign and implement efficient data flows, pipelines, and architectures for business intelligence and reporting.\n\nBuild and manage dashboards that support executive-level decision-making and operational optimization.\n\nTranslate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, marketing, and sales, to deliver data-driven solutions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting, and automation internally and for clients.\n\nRequirements\nHard Skills:\nProven experience in designing and implementing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar.\n\nStrong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and modern data stacks.\n\nExperience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and SQL proficiency.\n\nAbility to design scalable data architectures and optimize performance across systems.\n\nDemonstrated ability to set up data tracking and analytics for digital transformation use cases.\n\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent spoken and written English;
