engineering.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild & Deliver: Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems and APIs in Python (Django, FastAPI), ensuring high performance and reliability.\n\nCollaborate: Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts to deliver complete, production-ready solutions.\n\nContribute to Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements that enhance scalability, maintainability, and security.\n\nEnsure Quality: Write clean, well-documented code, contribute to code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.\n\nOptimize Performance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring stability and efficiency at scale.\n\nDeploy & Monitor: Contribute to CI/CD better.\n\nMust-Have Qualifications\nStrong Python Experience: Solid hands-on experience with Python and modern frameworks (Django, FastAPI).\n\nCloud Experience: Practical knowledge of AWS services and deploying applications in cloud environments.\n\nSystem Design: Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain modular, scalable systems and APIs.\n\nDatabases: Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and experience with ORMs.\n\nCI/CD & Git: Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) and version control best practices.\n\nProblem Solving: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision.\n\nTeam Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.\n\nNice-to-Have Qualifications\nExperience with asynchronous/event-driven systems (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).\n\nKnowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.\n\nFamiliarity with Docker and container-based deployments.\n\nExperience with monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).\n\nUnderstanding of NoSQL or in-memory databases
