Java and related technologies.\n\n- Deployment Architecture : Design deployment architecture and deploy highly scalable, resilient distributed systems.\n\n- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.\n\n- System Integration : Oversee the integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.\n\n- Code Reviews : Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security standards.\n\n- Documentation : Create and maintain architectural documentation, including system design documents, technical specifications, and guidelines.\n\n- Technology Evaluation : Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in Java and related ecosystems, and evaluate their potential benefits for the organization.\n\n- Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.\n\n- Performance Tuning : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application architecture and ensure the system meets performance requirements.\n\n- Security : Implement and enforce security best practices in the architecture to protect against vulnerabilities and threats.\n\n- Mentorship : Mentor and coach junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.\n\n- Strong in Spring Boot, OOPs, Design patterns, SOA, and Microservices design.\n\n- Strong experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).\n\n- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL-MongoDB).\n\n- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.\n\n- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, ELK, Grafana).\n\n- UML and Software design and deployment architecture.\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\n- Strong communication and interpersonal
