These solutions can be any combination of existing products, enhanced features, customised products and third party peripherals. You’ll join our passionate European Go To Market team that fosters collaboration, values diverse perspectives and leverages regional expertise. This role is based in the Netherlands. We operate in a hybrid model, with the primary work location being our Leiden office, with work from home available for up to 2x days per week. Regular travel within Europe is expected in this role. Key Responsibilities \nRapid scoping of custom solutions \nFollow a structured technical scoping process during discovery calls to ensure customer needs are documented in detail\nAttend client QBRs or project implementation meetings and draw technical insights which can be used for unsolicited proposals or to ensure continued success during project roll-outs\nHelp qualify and scope feature requests and/or customizations (hardware/firmware/software)\nContribution and adherence to internal processes for custom feature/product requests\n Increase win rate for deals which require technical proposals \nDevelopment of sophisticated and effective solutions and assistance in writing compelling proposals\nQuality and completeness of solutions architecture slides/documents in proposals\n Assist in development of support documentation \nContributions to support materials\nCustomer interaction and feedback on support materials\nInternal testing of new products/features ahead of client testing\n Skills, Behaviours and Experience \n5+ years in solution engineering, application engineering or technical presales roles \nAbility to understand and solve problems\nTechnical writing skills\nSystems engineering skills\nWorking knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure\nWorking knowledge of sensors and instrumentation\nWorking knowledge of basic electrical concepts & wiring \nWorking knowledge of firmware and software code development practices and principles \nAbility to use various software packages that support day-to-day operations and business activities as required i.e.: MS Office Suite, JIRA, CRM Platforms (HubSpot)\nAbility to challenge the status quo \nClient engagement at senior stakeholder level\nTeam orientation/collaboration\nExcellent communication &
