The Associate Director is key in supporting the business through high quality, profitable creative execution whilst also overseeing daily activities across all accounts. Reporting into the Director of Project Management, they will lead a team of Producers and/or Project Managers across all accounts, co-owning the process, productivity and profitability of production work. They work independently on flagship accounts and work on company initiatives and special projects.\nOur ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roles and capabilities across all departments, and should be able to identify specific skill sets required for each account and project. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills. They need to have a keen eye for detail and the flexibility to pivot depending on the changing nature of the business / staff / issues that are escalated to them. They will inspire an atmosphere of best practice amongst the team through leading by example.\nYour Impact\nOwn end-to-end producing and project management on flagship accounts, including budget creation and management, schedule creation and management, execution and delivery\nLead and work alongside Creative and Production teams to ensure projects are produced to a high standard, delivered on time and within agreed budget\n\nCoordinate communication, requests and project requirements with clients, either direct or via client servicing team\n\nProactively troubleshoot to prevent roadblocks for creative and production teams at every stage of project lifecycle\n\nOversee vendor management process and approvals\n\nHelp lead and mentor the US project management and video production team to ensure process and quality are met across all projects\n\nHelp plan, monitor and analyze key metrics across project delivery, resource management and overall team performance\n\nProactively recommend best practices across resource management, project delivery, budgeting, contracts, etc.\n\nRecommend new strategies to maximize operational efficiency across the team and assist in defining processes when needed\n\nSupport or lead pitches and RFPs\n\nYour Experience\n6+ years of experience in post-production or project management, either at a production house or in-house at an agency\n\nExperience managing full project lifecycle across multi functional campaigns and projects\n\nHigh-level understanding of Design & Motion Graphics, as well as the Post-Production process across Editing, VFX and Sound\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to problem solve, pivot and implement solutions\n\nExperience managing a team and resource planning\n\nAgency or production house experience\n\nSocial Media experience preferred\n\nStrong communicator and collaborator\n\nExperience with project and resource management tools, such as Airtable\n\nTechnical understanding of various production software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)\n\nExperience with shoot production or 3D production is a
