This role combines UX research, experience design, analytics, optimization, and AI-enabled innovation to create meaningful digital experiences that improve customer engagement and business outcomes.\nYou'll identify user needs through research and data analysis, design intuitive customer experiences, and leverage emerging AI technologies to accelerate innovation across Digital Realty's websites, platforms, and digital customer journeys. Working across strategy, experimentation, optimization, and design, you'll help improve how customers, prospects, partners, search engines, and AI systems discover, engage with, and consume digital experiences.\nWhat You'll Do\nConduct qualitative and quantitative UX research to identify customer needs, pain points, opportunities, and emerging behaviors.\nAnalyze user engagement, behavioral, and conversion data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.\nDevelop personas, customer journey maps, experience models, and design hypotheses.\nCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.\nDesign intuitive, accessible, and customer-centered digital experiences that align with business objectives.\nPartner with developers, content strategists, marketers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital experiences.\nDesign and support A/B testing, experimentation, and experience optimization initiatives.\nMeasure experience effectiveness and recommend improvements based on research findings and performance metrics.\nLeverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content planning, and design workflows.\nExplore and implement AI-driven opportunities including personalization, conversational interfaces, intelligent content delivery, and AI-assisted digital journeys.\nWhat You'll Need\n5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Digital Experience Design, or related fields.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies and measurable business outcomes.\nExperience conducting user research and translating customer insights into effective design solutions.\nAdvanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user behavior, engagement, and performance data.\nExperience documenting design specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.\nExcellent communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively within ambiguous and fast-paced environments.\nExperience working across cross-functional teams including design, marketing, content, and development.\nPassion for emerging technologies, AI innovation, and continuous learning.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting enterprise websites, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or digital marketing initiatives.\nFamiliarity with analytics platforms such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.\nExperience designing and measuring A/B tests and conversion optimization initiatives.\nExperience working within Agile product development environments.\nKnowledge of AI-assisted design tools and AI-powered customer experiences.\nUnderstanding of SEO, GEO/AEO, personalization strategies, and conversion rate optimization best practices.\nA Bit About Our Team\nMarketing\nOur Marketing team works in one of the world's fastest-growing and exciting sectors. Central to our compensation philosophy is rewarding our employees for achieving the values and objectives aligned to the company's overall goals and values.\nCompensation Range: $125,000 - $145,000 annually. This compensation range represents the Company's good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of posting.
