develop engaging, responsive user interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.\nBuild scalable, maintainable frontend architectures using modular React components and efficient state management.\nImplement reusable design patterns aligned with best practices and clean-code principles.\nEnsure cross-browser compatibility and optimise applications for maximum speed and performance.\nCollaborate with UX/UI designers to transform design concepts into pixel-perfect, functional experiences.\n\nBackend Development and Architecture\nDesign and implement stateless RESTful APIs to support data exchange and system interoperability.\nArchitect and develop microservices-based solutions ensuring high availability, scalability, and maintainability.\nDesign efficient database schemas, optimise queries, and ensure integrity for both SQL and NoSQL data stores.\nImplement robust authentication and authorisation mechanisms using OAuth 2.0 with Azure Active Directory.\nDeploy serverless applications leveraging cloud-native services for cost-effective scalability.\n\nEnd-to-End Integration\nDevelop full-stack features from database to user interface, ensuring seamless data between frontend and backend systems.\nEnsure alignment between API contracts, data models, and functional requirements.\n\nCode Management and Quality\nUse Git and version-control best practices to designs.\nContribute to agile processes, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nExperience\nMinimum of five years of professional experience in full-stack or combined frontend/backend development post-graduation.\nDemonstrated success delivering high-quality, production-grade full-stack solutions.\nExperience working in agile or scrum environments.\nProven ability to work across the entire application stack.\n\nFrontend Technical Expertise\nExpert-level proficiency in React.js and its core principles.\nDeep understanding of React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, useReducer, useMemo, useCallback, and custom hooks).\nStrong knowledge of frontend architecture patterns, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.\nExperience with state management solutions (Redux, Redux Toolkit, MobX, Context API, or Zustand).\nProficiency in React Router for navigation and routing.\nExperience applying performance optimisation techniques (memoisation, lazy loading, code splitting).\nFamiliarity with testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Enzyme.\n\nBackend Technical Expertise\nStrong proficiency designing and implementing microservices architectures.\nExperience developing RESTful APIs following best practices and design standards.\nSkilled in implementing secure authentication and authorisation (OAuth 2.0, Azure AD).\nSolid understanding of serverless computing and event-driven architecture patterns.\nExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, optimisation, and performance tuning.\n\nCross-Cutting Competencies\nKnowledge of security best practices across the full stack, including OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and mitigations.\nAdvanced proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.\nExperience with testing frameworks across frontend and backend systems.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.\nExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimisation skills across all layers of the stack.\n\nIndustry and Domain Knowledge\nOil and gas sector experience preferred but not required.\nUnderstanding of procurement processes,
