It also acts as the day to day coordination point for clients once they are onboarded.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nResearch and identify potential clients/leads across target industries; maintain an organized, up to date prospect list\n\nConduct outbound outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp) to introduce Digital Symphony's services and arrange meetings for management\n\nUtilize outreach and productivity tools provided by the Company to support prospecting efficiency\n\nAssist in preparing client facing materials and documentation following client meetings, incorporating direction from the meeting lead\n\nKeep pitch decks, case studies, and other marketing collateral current and ready for use in outreach and proposals\n\nSupport the onboarding process for newly signed clients, including coordination of introductory communications, kick off meetings, and required materials\n\nConduct periodic check ins with existing clients to maintain alignment and surface concerns early\n\nAdminister periodic client satisfaction surveys and compile results for internal review\n\nProvide ad hoc support on billing follow ups as required from time to time, in coordination with Finance (Finance retains primary ownership of billing and collections)\n\nMaintain accurate records of outreach, proposal status, and client interactions in the CRM/tracker\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\n\n1 to 2 years of experience in sales support, business development, account coordination, or client servicing (agency experience a plus)\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills;
