You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and be a consultant for the digital world. In this role, you are required to be a strategic thinker & planner, an enthusiastic collaborator and accountable to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns/projects. \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProvide consultation to clients regularly regarding digital marketing & social media management (Understanding of digital eco-system is a must.)\n\nResponsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and reasonable compliance of promised deliverables to clients.\n\nTake the lead on ad-hoc initiatives or campaign-based projects as and when required, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency standards.\n\nConduct periodic client satisfaction check-ins and manage post-campaign surveys to maintain strong, long-term relationships.\n\nManage day-to-day project elements, and work closely with internal teams (eg: creative, digital marketing) to provide solutions to project challenges as they occur\n\nProject manage to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns (including accurate communications with clients expectations, keeping track of the quality standards of work produced & meeting timelines) for a variety of the agency's clients \n\nResponsible for contact/call reports, status reports, creative and job briefs and any other client administrative support as needed\n\nAttend client meetings as their consultant and partner as needed\n\nReport to Operations Lead, providing regular input on all account activities, including status and call reports\n\nRequirements\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing\n\nMeticulous and strong analytical skills to derive decisions and recommendations \n\nEffective presentation skills \n\nEnjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment\n\nProactively engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams\n\nInnovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly\n\nUnderstanding of digital eco-system is a must\n\nExcellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages will be an added advantage\n\nAble
