the CTO from coordination overhead and build automated QA from scratch, powered by AI tooling.\n\nWhat you'll do:\n\nPM (primary):\n\n— Turn requirements into developer-ready tasks/epics in ClickUp\n\n— Run sprint planning & retrospectives, keep the team unblocked\n\n— Own documentation and requirement breakdowns\n\nQA (secondary):\n\n— Build automated testing from scratch: E2E, regression, API\n\n— Triage bugs by root cause (frontend/backend)\n\n— Write test plans, build real regression coverage\n\nRequirements\n\n— 3–5 years total: (1.5+ yrs PM/product management, 1.5+ yrs QA)\n\n— Experience with sprint planning/retrospectives\n\n— Strong self-management across PM and QA\n\n— QA background shifting toward automation \n\n— Working SQL (Postgres/Clickhouse a plus)\n\n— Actively using AI tools in your own workflow\n\n— English B1+\n\nNice to have:\n\n— B2B SaaS experience\n\n— Martech background (attribution, ad tech, CRM)\n\n— English C1\n\nWe offer:\n\n— Investment
