This critical role will be based in our Durham office and will be responsible for providing exceptional hands-on customer support for our Executive Leadership team and our staff globally.\nThe ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, with a focus on providing effective, efficient solutions.\nAbout the role of the IT Administrator:\nCollaborate with a worldwide team of IT professionals, both internal and external\nProvide in-person and remote support to all employees, including Executive and Senior Leadership\nRespond to and manage incoming technical support requests via the IT help desk ticketing system & other support avenues\nOversee and maintain the office's IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and applications (e.g., Network infrastructure, conferencing equipment, A/V, & desk equipment)\nEnsure the availability and proper working condition of computer equipment and peripherals by managing and assisting with their setup, maintenance, repair, and disposal\nDevelop and distribute technical instructional documentation\nMaintain cleanliness and organization in IT offices, server rooms, and storage areas \nCollaborate with other departments (e.g., Engineering, DevOps, Security, Facilities, Finance, & Corporate Systems)\nParticipate in projects on the installation, configuration, maintenance, and operation technology infrastructure and the associated hardware and software\nEnroll devices to our MDM infrastructure - Current - JAMF and Intune.
