The Role
As a Supply Account Manager for Japan, you will be the primary point of contact for our Japanese app publisher partners across Digital Turbine's supply products. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with an existing portfolio of publishers, driving revenue performance, and ensuring publishers are set up to maximize the value of their inventory.
This role requires a deep understanding of the in-app advertising ecosystem, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to publishers navigating monetization strategy. You will work closely with global teams across Product, Technical Support, and Sales to deliver best-in-class service to the Japan market.
About the Supply Account Manager
Serve as the primary relationship owner for an existing portfolio of Japanese app publishers across Digital Turbine's supply products
Drive publisher revenue growth through proactive account management, including regular performance reviews, optimization recommendations, and identification of upsell opportunities
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in collaboration with internal support and product teams, ensuring timely resolution
Educate publishers on Digital Turbine's supply products, industry developments, and monetization best practices including Waterfall, Bidding, and Hybrid setups
Work closely with global counterparts to relay market feedback and represent the needs of Japanese publishers internally
Track account health metrics and maintain accurate reporting on publisher performance
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at publisher organizations
About You
5+ years of experience in a publisher-facing, account management, or supply partnerships role within the digital advertising or ad tech industry
Strong knowledge of the in-app advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, mediation platforms (e.g. AdMob, MAX), and ad formats
Proven track record of managing and growing publisher relationships with measurable revenue impact
Native or business-level Japanese required; working proficiency in English preferred for collaboration with global teams
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a lean market environment
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required
