Instead of long procurement cycles, ADAPT matches buyer demand with supplier capability instantly, using live data and AI to surface qualified options with governance, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an exceptional UX/UI Lead to define and elevate the user experience of the ADAPT platform - a category-defining, multi-sided digital ecosystem transforming industrial supply chains.\nThis is a leadership role for someone who can combine strategic product thinking with hands-on design execution. You will own the end-to-end user experience across buyers, suppliers, and national-level stakeholders, shaping a platform that must be both powerful and elegantly simple.\nYou will work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, high-performance digital experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nUX Strategy & Product Design\nOwn the end-to-end UX vision and design strategy for the ADAPT platform\nTranslate complex supply chain and ERP-driven workflows into simple, intuitive user journeys\nDefine design principles, interaction models, and experience standards across the platform\nLead discovery, user research, and usability testing to continuously refine the product\nUI & Design Execution\nCreate high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs\nEstablish and maintain a scalable design system aligned with ADAPT branding\nEnsure consistency, clarity, and usability across all user touchpoints\nDrive a clean, modern, enterprise-grade visual language\nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver seamless experiences\nAct as the voice of the user in product and technical discussions\nGuide and mentor designers as the team scales\nCollaborate with commercial teams to ensure UX supports adoption and growth\nPlatform Complexity & Integration\nDesign experiences that integrate with ERP systems and external data sources\nSimplify data-heavy interfaces (inventory, materials, search, analytics) into actionable insights\nEnsure performance, responsiveness, and scalability across user types\nCandidate Profile\n8+ years in UX/UI design, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or senior role\nProven experience designing complex, data-driven platforms (ERP, SaaS, marketplaces, or supply chain systems)\nStrong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and hands-on design capability\nDeep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles\nExperience building and scaling design systems\nHigh proficiency in tools such as Figma (or equivalent)\nHighly Desirable\nExperience in multi-sided
