Assistant Product Manager - Egypt - On Site

The Assistant Product Manager position is based in Cairo, the role is full-time.

Scope of work covers the following:

• Support in Managing our online products platforms (web and mobile) and assist in the design: functional scope, prototyping of pages, expression of needs.

• Enhancing the already existing products in Egypt and GCC area.

• Manage the Digital Content available on all different platforms.

• Ingest the new Acquired content on the products.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing: for new products before launch, and already existing products.

• Reporting and analysis: monitoring and analyzing product related performance, measurement of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.

• Conduct Market research and competitive analysis.

• Constant optimization of customer journeys, UX and flow while respecting the constraints of profitability, ergonomics and accessibility, and benchmark of competitors.

• Reporting and analysis: monitoring and analyzing product related performance, measurement of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.

• 0 to 3 years’ experience in the same field.

• Bachelor’s degree of a Business School or equivalent.

• Passionate about internet, mobile, new technologies and social networks.

• Experience in conducting UAT process and quality assurance.

• Experience in market research and conducting competitive analysis.

• Experience in using HTML and CSS is a plus.

• Familiarity with design programs, such as Adobe PhotoShop is a plus

• Fluent Speaker of English & Arabic, (French is a plus).

• Mastering Microsoft Office suite and internet tools

• Perfect communication skills.
