You will focus on creating designs that not only appeal aesthetically but are also optimized for conversion and user experience. \nYou will be reporting to the MarTech Manager. \nYour main tasks will be: \nDesign and create engaging graphics and layouts for various digital content including landing pages banners and promotional materials. \n\nCollaborate closely with marketing advertising analytics and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective visual strategies. \n\nImplement design A/B testing and iterate based on performance data to maximize the effectiveness of design elements. \n\nActively contribute ideas for new designs and improvements maintaining an innovative approach to digital design. \n\nStay uptodate with the latest design trends and technologies as well as competitor activities to ensure our designs stay ahead of the curve. \n\nProduction of landing pages in collaboration with the different teams (advertising analytics product.... \n\nQualifications: \nA creative individual with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in digital design particularly in creating promotional materials and web pages that drive sales. \n\nProficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and other graphic design tools. Knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not mandatory. \n\nStrong understanding of branding color theory and typographic principles. \n\nAbility to work methodically and meet deadlines. \n\nExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams. \n\nA keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering highly effective visually appealing marketing materials. \n\nFrontEnd experience is a must. \n\nFluent in both Arabic and English \n\nAdditional Information: \nYou will be part of a fastpaced team that values creativity and innovation.
