Follow up on pending tasks, targets, and action items with the sales team. Maintain and update trackers for orders, complaints, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, and other departments for timely order processing. Escalate pending issues to the relevant departments and follow up for resolution. Schedule sales meetings and maintain sales reports and records. Support management with regular updates and reporting. Mandatory Skills Sales Coordination Sales Support CRM Software Advanced MS Excel MS Office Tracker Management Sales Reporting Telephonic Coordination Follow-ups and Stakeholder Coordination Required Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline. 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or back-office sales operations. Experience coordinating with distributors, stockists, retailers, or field sales teams is preferred. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage.
