error-handling patterns for distributed systems.\n\n- Develop automated unit, integration, API, and component tests to maintain software quality.\n\n- Participate in technical design and architecture reviews and contribute to engineering standards and reusable solutions.\n\n- Perform peer code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.\n\nL2 Application & Production Support :\n\n- Provide Level 2 technical support for production applications and services, acting as an escalation point for incidents that cannot be resolved by L1/Operations teams.\n\n- Investigate and resolve application, API, microservice, database, messaging, integration, infrastructure, and configuration-related production issues.\n\n- Perform technical troubleshooting using application logs, distributed traces, metrics, database queries, AWS CloudWatch, dashboards, and other observability tools.\n\n- Diagnose issues across distributed systems, including API failures, timeouts, performance degradation, database connectivity, message-processing failures, and upstream/downstream integration problems.\n\n- Assess incident severity and business impact and prioritize troubleshooting and recovery accordingly.\n\n- Restore services within agreed SLA/SLO and operational targets and provide timely technical updates during incidents.\n\n- Participate in major incident management and collaborate with L1, L3/development, DevOps/SRE, infrastructure, database, network, security, and external/vendor teams where required.\n\n- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring or high-severity incidents and identify corrective and preventive actions.\n\n- Implement permanent fixes to eliminate recurring incidents rather than relying solely on operational workarounds.\n\n- Support incident, problem, and change management processes.\n\n- Perform production health checks and proactively identify abnormal application behavior, resource utilization, error rates, latency, failed transactions, and integration failures.\n\n- Monitor and troubleshoot asynchronous processing, including Kafka topics/consumers, SQS queues, SNS integrations, dead-letter queues, and failed/retried messages.\n\n- Troubleshoot SQL/NoSQL issues including slow queries, connection pool exhaustion, locking, data inconsistencies, replication-related behavior, and database performance.\n\n- Support production releases, hotfixes, rollback activities, and post-deployment validation.\n\n- Create and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, operational procedures, known-error documentation, and knowledge-base articles.\n\n- Improve alerts and dashboards to reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR).\n\n- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive support and operational activities.\n\n- Participate in an on-call/support rotation where required and provide support for priority incidents outside standard business hours according to the agreed support model.\n\n- Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions with L1/support teams to improve first-line resolution capability and reduce unnecessary escalations.\n\n- Ensure production incidents and fixes comply with organizational security, audit, change-management, and operational requirements.\n\nMust Have :\n\nMandatory skills : \n\n- React\n\n- Nodejs\n\n- Typescript\n\n-
