The role will work with Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, rules, Flows, data, security, reports, and basic SOQL while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nConfigure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and Flows.\nBuild and maintain Salesforce automation using low-code capabilities.\nSupport Salesforce development, testing, deployment, and production activities.\nTroubleshoot Salesforce configuration, data, and integration issues.\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective Salesforce solutions.\nSupport changes across Salesforce sandbox environments and deployment processes.\nAssist with Salesforce reports and data-related requirements.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\n\nHands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and Flow.\nSolid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and access controls.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce sandboxes, deployments, and change sets.\nBasic knowledge of SOQL.\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce Reports.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce Lightning.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce integration concepts.\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nSalesforce development exposure.\nExperience working with Salesforce Lightning.\nExposure to Salesforce integrations.\nStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.\n\nAI Experience\n\nNo prior experience with AI technologies or AI-based tools is required for this role.\n\nManagerial Experience\n\nNo Formal People-management Experience Is Required.\n\nOperational Experience\n\nSalesforce configuration and production support.\nTesting and deployment support.\nTroubleshooting configuration, data, and integration issues.\nSandbox and change-set management.\nSalesforce reporting and data support.\n\nQualifications\n\nAny Graduate.\n\nCertifications\n\nPreferred, But Not Mandatory\n\nSalesforce Certified Platform Administrator\nSalesforce Certified Platform App Builder\n\nExperience\n\n0–5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development support, or related Salesforce activities.\n\nSalary Range\n\nNot Disclosed.
