This role will work collaboratively across the marketing team in developing the digital strategy for campaigns and ongoing plans.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan and execute all digital marketing, including ads (search, display, and social), social media, and email.\n\nAssess the performance of all digital channels and identify opportunities to optimize based on performance insights.\n\nDevelop regular reporting cadence of all digital marketing efforts to present to department leadership.\n\nWork collaboratively with copy and design to provide best practice and data-informed insights to ensure we’re developing the best assets to promote across digital channels.\n\nManage web development teams and collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience.\n\nManage the paid media budget.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nAt least 3 years of work experience in digital marketing with preferred experience in the B2B space\n\nProficiency in email marketing (Pardot), search and display advertising (Google Ads), social media advertising (LinkedIn), and site analytics (Google Analytics)\n\nProficiency in digital analytics reporting, data visualization, and data storytelling\n\nAbility to clearly communicate ideas and defend decisions \n\nExceptional written/email communication and public speaking skills\n\nDetail-oriented, well organized, and able to juggle many tasks under pressure\n\nAble to prioritize tasks quickly and solve problems\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint (required)\n\nDegree in Marketing or Communication, or equivalent experience\n\nCompensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
