of a collaborative and social team culture.\n\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead and mentor a team of front-end developers, promoting best practices, clean code, and design consistency.\n\nPlan and manage delivery cycles in coordination with Product, UX, and QA teams.\n\nFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the team.\n\nSupport the professional development and progression of front-end engineers.\n\nTechnical Ownership\nOwn and evolve the front-end architecture for DigiTickets’ core platforms (web, mobile, and POS).\n\nDrive improvements in front-end performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.\n\nEstablish and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.\n\nChampion modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and tooling.\n\nCollaboration & Delivery\nTranslate product and UX requirements into robust, user-friendly technical solutions.\n\nCollaborate closely with the UX/UI and Product teams to ensure a cohesive user experience across platforms.\n\nWork with back-end teams to align API integration and interface logic.\n\nProvide input into feature planning, release management, and product roadmap discussions.\n\nCode Quality & Standards\nEnsure adherence to coding standards, testing frameworks, and documentation practices.\n\nImplement and maintain automated front-end testing pipelines (unit, integration, E2E).\n\nConduct regular code reviews and performance audits.\n\nStakeholder Communication\nCommunicate technical progress, risks, and blockers to internal stakeholders.\n\nWork with Support, Sales, and Client Services to assist with technical queries and demos when required.\n\nProvide visibility into front-end priorities and status across departments.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with 1+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.\n\nDeep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular), with a strong preference for Vue.js.\n\nProficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design best practices.\n\nExperience working with design systems and scalable UI architecture.\n\nSolid understanding of performance optimisation, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.\n\nComfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nDesirable\nExperience working with SaaS products, ticketing, or eCommerce platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with backend integration using GraphQL.\n\nExperience with TypeScript, Vue, and similar tools.\n\nKnowledge of testing frameworks such as Cypress, Vitest, or Jest.\n\nUnderstanding of mobile/responsive UI development and/or hybrid app frameworks (e.g., Capacitor or
