As a Consultant - Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling content strategies and narratives that align with our company's vision and values. Your work will be instrumental in fostering a positive and informed company culture, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Create and execute content strategies for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Write and edit engaging content, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their communication needs and develop tailored content solutions.
- Research and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and employee feedback to inform content creation.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Conduct regular reviews and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of internal communication efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest communication tools and technologies to enhance content delivery.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on content-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines in all content creations.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex information and translate it into simple, engaging content.
- Proficiency in using content management systems and basic graphic design software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform content strategies.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
