field.\n Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar role.\n Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.\n Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.\n Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.\n Good knowledge of lending policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.\n Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.\n Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\n Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly
