field.\n 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or risk assessment within BFSI.\n Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and credit analysis software.\n Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines and Basel norms.\n Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n Ability to work independently and as part of a back-office team.\n Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.\n Customer-focused mindset with experience handling client inquiries.\n Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ICAI) are a plus.\n Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/ERP
