problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach.\n Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\n Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic computer applications.\n A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.\n Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.\n Excellent time management and organizational skills.\n Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being an
