security events and policy violations\nReview and analyze Data Loss Prevention (DLP) incidents and take appropriate action\nMonitor attack surface using specialized tools to identify external vulnerabilities\nPerform threat hunting and proactive threat identification\nEscalate critical incidents to senior analysts and management appropriately\nMaintain detailed documentation of all security events and investigations\nCollaborate with IT and business teams to remediate identified security issues\nParticipate in security alerts, on-call support, and incident response drills\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) or cybersecurity role\nProven hands-on experience with IBM QRadar SIEM platform\nWorking knowledge of SIEM solutions and log management\nHands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)\nStrong experience with CrowdStrike Falcon platform and all its modules\nExperience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and policies\nFamiliarity with attack surface assessment and management tools\nStrong understanding of network fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)\nKnowledge of common cyber threats, attack vectors, and attack methodologies\nAbility to work in a 24x7 shift rotation including night shifts and weekends\nRequired Technical Skills\nIBM QRadar SIEM: Correlation rules, event management, alert tuning, and custom searches\nCrowdStrike Falcon: Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), behavioral analysis, threat hunting\nZscaler Services: ZIA and ZPA configuration, security policy management, log analysis\nDLP Tools: Policy configuration, incident investigation, and false positive management\nLog Analysis: Interpreting security logs and events from diverse sources\nNetwork Protocol Analysis: Packet analysis (Wireshark), network traffic interpretation\nEndpoint Security: Antivirus, antimalware, host-based intrusion detection (HIDS)\nAttack Surface Visibility: External vulnerability scanning, asset discovery platforms\nThreat Intelligence: Utilizing threat feeds, IOCs, MITRE ATT&CK framework\nWindows & Linux Systems: Basic security concepts, process analysis, system hardening\nIncident Management: Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Manage Engine), runbooks, escalation procedures\nPreferred Qualifications & Skills\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience)\nExperience with additional SIEM platforms (Splunk, ArcSight, SumoLogic)\nKnowledge of SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) platforms\nVulnerability assessment and management tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7)\nIncident response frameworks (NIST Cybersecurity Framework, MITRE ATT&CK)\nCloud security experience (AWS Security Hub, Azure Sentinel, GCP)\nScripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and analysis\nSecurity certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH\nExperience with threat hunting and Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) analysis\nMalware analysis and reverse engineering basics\nKnowledge of proxy and firewall
