Fullstack Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Full Stack Developers and mentor junior engineers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js and React.js .
• Architect robust backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Optimise application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive CI/CD implementation and deployment best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and React.js .
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of HTML5 CSS3 Redux/Context API.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of Redis, caching mechanisms, and message queues.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience in system design and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Next.js .
• Experience with serverless architecture.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
