As the Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in shaping our campus recruitment strategy and driving the company's talent acquisition goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment plans, building relationships with academic institutions, and fostering a positive employer brand. Lead and manage the campus recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective recruitment processes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, faculty, and student organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on predefined criteria, conducting initial interviews and assessments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and align campus recruitment efforts accordingly.
Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, promoting our employer brand.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment, continuously improving our strategies.
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment processes.
Provide regular reports and insights to the Talent Acquisition leadership team, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices, particularly in the tech industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse audiences.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and innovative approach to recruitment, with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to travel as needed.
