As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our back-office processes. This includes coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and ensuring timely and accurate customer support. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Manage and oversee back-office operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
Coordinate with customer care executives and other teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations or customer care role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
