initiatives.\n A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.\n Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry.\n Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\n Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.\n Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software for data management and analysis.\n Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with
