As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, supporting the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team. Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes, managing resources, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on our company's success.
- Manage and oversee back-office operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows.
- Collaborate with the CCE team to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes for optimal productivity.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially in customer care.
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer care and operations.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operations or customer care role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for operations management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in the BFSI industry or a related field is an advantage.
