As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team and ensuring smooth operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Assist the CCE team in handling customer inquiries and providing timely responses.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure efficient workflow.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and support cases.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially in customer data handling.
Provide regular updates and reports on back-office operations to the management team.
Train and mentor new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer care and operations.
Act as a liaison between the back office and front-line teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operations or customer care role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data management.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to work.
Familiarity with BFSI industry practices and regulations is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
