Management) processes.\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n Proficiency in MS Office and back-office management tools.\n Ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.\n Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.\n Experience handling customer escalations and issue resolution.\n Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in the financial sector.\n Ability to work under pressure and meet tight
