You'll be the operational engine of the programme: you keep governance, planning, reporting, finances and risks under control, so the Programme Manager can focus on strategic decisions and sponsors.\n\nThe programme covers several streams: cloud migrations, technology foundations, cloud risk and resilience, non-technology foundations (people, process, FinOps), strategic cloud use cases and partner governance. You'll work closely with the Programme Manager, Project Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Change Managers, Finance/FinOps and Risk & Compliance.\n\nYour role\n\nRun programme governance: steering committees, governance calendar, decision-ready materials, follow-up of actions and escalations\n\nOwn the integrated programme roadmap, including critical path, milestones, bottlenecks and cross-stream dependencies\n\nOwn the programme RAID log and decision log, and make sure every mitigation has an owner and a target date\n\nProduce monthly and quarterly reporting for the executive committee, the CIO, steering committees and sponsors\n\nConsolidate budgets, forecasts and actuals, and flag funding gaps and resourcing risks\n\nBuild and maintain the end-to-end business case: investments, TCO, run costs, benefits, savings, and scenario and sensitivity analysis\n\nTrack benefits and value realisation: migration progress, cloud adoption, cost savings, risk reduction\n\nPerform delivery health checks and challenge status and evidence\n\nCoordinate evidence for internal audit and regulatory reviews, including DORA\n\nTrack commitments and joint initiatives with strategic technology partners\n\nYour profile\n\n8+ years in programme management, PMO or portfolio governance within a large, complex organisation\n\nProven ownership of integrated planning, RAID processes, executive reporting and dependency management\n\nStrong financial management skills: budgets, forecasts, actuals, investment reporting\n\nHands-on experience building business cases for large IT or cloud programmes, including TCO, benefits quantification and scenario analysis\n\nExperience in financial services or another regulated environment\n\nCloud transformation experience is a strong plus, ideally on Azure, including FinOps and partner governance\n\nExperience with audit and regulatory evidence (DORA) and with PPM tooling or dashboards is a plus\n\nMSP, PMP, Prince2, MOP, P3O or SAFe certifications are a plus\n\nFluent English; French and/or Dutch is a plus\n\n Company description\n DigiTribe is an IT & business consulting company specialized in Cyber Security, Cloud, Architecture and Digital Enablement.
