You'll run sprints, backlog refinement and all Scrum ceremonies, and act as the link between the team and its business, security and audit stakeholders. You'll keep delivery on track, surface dependencies early, and make sure priorities stay aligned across the programme.\n\nWhat makes you the right fit\n\nYou understand IAM concepts well enough to engage with the team on substance: Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access recertification, access requests and application onboarding.
