We're challenged daily - our work has a real impact on the lives of patients across the globe.\nWe are looking for a QA Specialist to join our team and support quality assurance across the Dignio Prevent platform - ready to revolutionize the healthcare industry together with us?\n\nAbout the position\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who already has practical experience in IT and software testing. You will not be expected to own the entire QA strategy from day one, but you should be able to independently handle assigned testing scope and actively contribute to the team.\nWe believe some of your responsibilities will be to:\nPerform manual functional, regression, exploratory and integration testing.\n\nCreate, maintain and execute test cases in Xray.\n\nReport, track and retest defects in JIRA.\n\nProvide clear reproduction steps, expected and actual results, logs and screenshots where relevant.\n\nAnalyse requirements and acceptance criteria.\n\nSupport release testing.\n\nTest web applications and selected mobile and cross-system workflows.\n\nUse browser Developer Tools and basic API testing to investigate issues.\n\nCollaborate closely with developers and other QA Specialists.\n\nWho we believe you are\nFirst of all, we believe you enjoy breaking things and making software engineers cry ;) \n\nWe also believe you have:\nAt least 2 years of practical experience in software testing or QA.\n\nExperience testing web applications.\n\nGood understanding of functional, regression and exploratory testing.\n\nAbility to design test scenarios and identify meaningful edge cases.\n\nPractical experience with JIRA.\n\nPractical experience with Xray or a similar test management tool.\n\nExperience writing clear and reproducible defect reports.\n\nBasic understanding of REST API, HTTP and JSON.\n\nBasic experience with Postman, Swagger or similar tools.\n\nGood analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nGood English skills for reading documentation and communicating within the international team.\n\nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks while asking questions when needed.\n\nSensitivity to privacy, data protection and patient-safety-related risks.\n\nAbility and drive to show up in the office at least 3 days / week\n\nIdeally, you also have experience with:\nExperience testing mobile applications.\n\nExperience with IoT, connected devices or event-driven systems.\n\nFamiliarity with Grafana and using dashboards to investigate issues.\n\nBasic understanding of AWS services, especially S3 and AWS Secrets Manager.\n\nGit knowledge.\n\nExperience with Cypress or Playwright.\n\nBasic JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge.\n\nExperience working with healthcare, remote monitoring or medication-support products.\n\nExperience using AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot or Codex to support test design, documentation, investigation or repetitive QA work.\n\nIf you don’t meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you!
