It’s no small task - and we’re looking for a Probate Solicitor to help us do it.\nThe Role:\nWe're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to help us deliver an exceptional Probate service to our customers. Probate is a daunting task that we strive to make simpler, faster and more affordable than traditional providers. Part of how we do that is through building a fantastic team of people who are legally savvy, commercially minded and motivated by compassionately helping people through those difficult challenges.\nAs a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for shaping and defining how we run and sell our Probate service. You’ll work towards commercial goals while focusing on the importance of delivering a best-in-class customer experience.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nBuild rapport and trust with customers, making a stressful time and process as easy as possible.\nLearn the intricacies of what happens to someone's estate when they die, and diagnose the estates of your customers.\nGuide customers through the government requirements for probate, and what needs to happen and why.\nExplain our different types of Probate services so the customer can make the right decision based on their estate complexity and needs.\nProve consistency in our weekly and quarterly sales targets, including conversion rates and QA (Quality Assurance) scores on our inbound enquiries.\nMaster smooth and detailed handovers to our Legal team.\nWork cross-functionally towards our company OKRs and monthly revenue targets, and assist with quarterly team presentations. \nWho We're Looking For:\nDemonstrated success in a sales role, ideally within B2C, service-oriented industries such as legal services, financial services, or customer support.\nExperience in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong track record of converting leads into satisfied customers.\nAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools as needed.\nAchieved GCSEs A-C in English & Maths.\nAn interest in legal processes and ideally have a legal education and/or work experience.\nA team player that values honesty, collaboration and delivering exceptional service to customers.\nWhat We Offer\nAnnual salary of £35,000 per annum depending on experience - OTE up to £55k uncapped\n25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.\nX2 Life Assurance.\nPension Scheme.\nHybrid flexible working (4 days in our Maidenhead office).\nGenuine career progression and mentorship opportunities.\nWhat are the next steps?\nTo be considered for this role, please submit your application via the ‘apply’ button, where a member of our Talent Team will review your application.\nFCA Statement\nWe’re regulated by the FCA, so some roles may be subject to background checks\nEquality, Diversity and Inclusion Statement\nWe know that diverse teams make better decisions, build better products, and create a better place to work.
