This role involves leading and mentoring a team of junior analysts and supporting the growth and development of the team. The candidate will work closely with the clients to deliver customized analytical solutions.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nDesign and Execute Business Solutions:\n\n- Work with senior team members to address client business needs for developing and delivering solutions that will provide critical insights through quantitative analyses and data modelling\n\n- Leverage analytical techniques and platforms to design business solutions that address client needs\n\n- Prepare project plans and execution strategies in collaboration with senior leadership\n\n- Create and maintain SOPs, quality checklists, and documentation to ensure high-quality outputs\n\n- Synthesize and communicate results to clients through oral and written presentations\n\nSolve unstructured business problems:\n\n- Actively execute unstructured problem solving to design and build complex solutions, tune to meet expected performance and functional requirements under the guidance of immediate lead\n\n- Leverage prior experience to provide business solutions that will help reduce the turnaround time of ad-hoc analytical requests\n\nMentor Junior Members:\n\n- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior team members to positively influence the personal and professional growth of the team\n\n- Coach junior team members with the relevant tools, technologies, and domain\n\n- Support in recruitment and onboarding of new analysts within the organization under the guidance of the immediate lead\n\nContribute to the Centre of Excellence (CoE) :\n\n- Work with other colleagues/junior members across teams to develop and conduct capability/feature PoCs for developing expertise within the organization\n\n- Proactively research emerging technology and industry trends to develop point of views (PoVs)\n\n- Analyse healthcare data to identify the latest trends, patterns, and insights to help build collaterals\n\nThe roles and responsibilities will continuously evolve basis the project allocation and client requirements.\n\nAdditional Functions:\n\n- Actively engage in self-learning and professional development to enhance consulting, domain, and technical expertise by participating in workshops, certification programs, and industry events.\n\n- Contribute to internal knowledge repositories by documenting project insights, methodologies, and case studies to support organizational learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives.\n\n- Collaborate with senior team members to prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, dashboards, and presentations, ensuring actionable insights and clarity.\n\n- Support business development activities, such as creating collateral, conducting market research, and preparing client proposals, to drive new opportunities and organizational growth.\n\n- Assist in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation by participating in team brainstorming sessions and cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and project outcomes.\n\nCandidate's Profile\n\nEssential Qualifications:\n\nB-Tech. or B.E. in any engineering discipline or PG in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Operation Research or B.Sc. in Computer Science or a similar course.\n\nExperience:\n\n- 1-3 years of relevant consulting experience (preferably pharma) in analytics\n\n- 1-2 years of experience in commercial analytics, such as sales and marketing data analysis, commercial organization design, incentive compensation, market access, pricing strategy, and forecasting.\n\n- Proficiency in technical and analytical tools such as MS Office, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, etc.).\n\n- Experience in managing/mentoring 2-3 team members while providing necessary mentorship/ guidance for the team's growth\n\nSkills, Knowledge, Abilities & Key Traits:\n\n- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and team members\n\n- Proactive and hands-on approach with the required flexibility and ability to solve complex business problems by applying logical reasoning and critical thinking\n\n- Ability to work effectively in team environments, share insights, and contribute to collective
