The organisation is committed to simplifying complex technology challenges, delivering high-quality service, and helping customers maximise the value of their technology investments.\nIdeal Profile\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3-5 years of experience in network engineering or network support roles.\nPrevious experience working within an Australian MSP environment.\nStrong networking knowledge across routing and switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security technologies.\nHands-on experience with Cisco technologies, particularly Cisco Meraki and Catalyst solutions.\nExperience designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting network solutions across customer environments.\nCCNA certification.\nDemonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership of technical issues, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.\nNice to Have\nCCNP certification or equivalent.\nCisco certifications such as DevNet Associate or other relevant certifications.\nExperience with network automation technologies such as Python, Ansible, REST APIs, Terraform, or Git.\nExposure to AI tools and AI-assisted technical workflows.\nExperience with voice networking technologies.\nFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts and automation-first operational models.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and stakeholders.\nStrong prioritisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.\nPractical, problem-solving mindset focused on delivering simple and effective solutions.\nComfortable operating in evolving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.\nStrong internal communication habits, with a proactive approach to asking questions and collaborating with the wider team.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver network and security projects across the Cisco portfolio, including Meraki and Catalyst environments.\nDesign, implement, and support routing and switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security solutions.\nMonitor support queues and manage incidents through to resolution.\nTroubleshoot customer network environments and provide business-as-usual operational support.\nBuild and maintain trusted customer relationships through clear, professional communication.\nCollaborate with internal teams to improve documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational standards.\nUse AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and similar platforms to enhance day-to-day workflows.\nContribute to automation and AI initiatives, including API integrations, tooling, and workflow improvements.\nDevelop reusable troubleshooting and operational documentation for customers and internal teams.\nContribute to customer satisfaction, effective project delivery, operational improvements, automation initiatives, and broader team capability uplift.\nHow we take care of our team\nGet paid in Australian Dollars\nMedical insurance from day one for you + spouse (or parents if unmarried)\nGenerous OPD coverage from doctor visits to all your medical needs\nHome office setup allowance to build your ideal workspace\nInternet allowance to keep you connected\nGym & wellness allowance to stay fit and balanced\nWork hard, play hard -
