experience in the IT industry, including 5+ years within an MSP environment supporting multiple customers\nAdvanced Microsoft 365 administration and architecture experience\nStrong hands-on expertise across Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Microsoft operating systems, and cloud infrastructure\nAdvanced networking and firewall administration capabilities\nExperience with enterprise Wi-Fi, network infrastructure, VPNs, routing, switching, VLANs, WAN, and internet connectivity\nStrong understanding of endpoint security, backup and disaster recovery, and cybersecurity principles\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and automation\nProven ability to design, troubleshoot, and improve complex infrastructure environments\nSecurity & Cloud\nExperience implementing security controls and remediation strategies\nUnderstanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements, including Essential Eight, CIS Controls, NIST, and cyber insurance requirements\nExperience with security monitoring, incident response, and security investigations\nMicrosoft Sentinel, SIEM, Microsoft Defender, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Cloudflare experience is highly desirable\nPlatforms & Technologies\nUbiquiti UniFi and Sophos Firewall experience is advantageous\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Teams Phone is beneficial\nExperience with ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate, IT Glue/IT
